Temporary (Junior) HR consultant

Who are you?

You are a proactive and inquisitive HR professional who likes to roll up your sleeves. You have a completed HR education or relevant work experience and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment. You are a strong communicator, work accurately and know how to keep an overview when there is a lot going on at once. You easily switch between different activities and find it important to support colleagues in a service-oriented way.

What will you do?

• Drafting and reviewing contracts and HR documents.

• You check purchase orders;

• Taking care of recruitment & selection.

• Processing mutations in the HR system.

• Supporting absenteeism counseling and contacting the company doctor.

• Answering HR-related questions from employees and managers.

• Ad-hoc HR work that comes in during the day.
