"I started at Florca 8 years ago as a packer, I enjoyed doing this for a few months. Soon I grew to the position of Assistant Manager Logistics, this position I did for a year, it was noticed that I had more in my skills and so I was asked for a trial period in the office as a junior salesman.
Now I have been an account manager at Florca for 5 years and have had the opportunity to make some super nice trips to our customers. I still have a great time here with my colleagues, the atmosphere is good, we are one team one task!"

Laura joined us four years ago as a packer. Now she is team leader of the packing team and still stands among her colleagues. Together they make sure that all flowers arrive at customers in the right way: with or without plastic, in the right box, etc.
"At Florca I work with a nice and cozy team, both with my colleagues in logistics and with the colleagues in the office. It is not an overly large company; we work here with 52 colleagues. That makes it personal and cozy. We have fun parties and staff outings. The work is very varied and we work with the best and freshest products available. It's really great to know that what we pack ends up with our customers and makes their day a little brighter."
